Walkerville Farmer’s Market
We are very excited to invite you to the opening of the Walkerville Farmers Market on Saturday 4th September. The variety and quality of the stalls on the day will ensure something of interest for everyone. We also have a number of entertaining events and kids activities scheduled. There is also a food court with delicious and varied eats which you can enjoy with some wine or beer if you choose. The official opening of the market will be at 9.00 am with the opening ceremony being performed by Mrs Walker (of the original Walker family from which Walkerville derives its name) as well as the mayor, Mr. Timothy Nast. This is a day not to be missed.

Senior Citizen’s Club
Tuesday 14th September at the Walkerville Showgrounds from 10am onwards. Join us and make new friends, play bingo and cards. Every month we have a different theme and special pensioner’s prices for lunch. Tea & biscuits served. We have two glass recycling banks at the Walkerville Showgrounds where you are welcome to drop off all used glass bottles and jars.
